This is where you post your links to book reviews of the titles you've read during Summer Book Trek 2008. We can't wait until those reviews start piling up—they help us find good books to read.
A few guidelines (aka "rules"):
- This is only for Summer Book Trek 2008 participants. If you haven't signed up yet, you can read all about it here. Then create your Summer Book Trek 2008 reading list post and link it here.
- Be sure to link to the specific post that contains your review, not to your blog home page.
CORRECT: http://ldsfiction2.blogspot.com/2008/06/summer-book-trek-2008 -book-reviews.html
INCORRECT: http://ldsfiction2.blogspot.com/
We will delete incorrect links. - Limit your links to reviews of books by LDS authors that you've read during Summer Book Trek 2008.
- Keep your reviews family friendly. Be honest but kind in your reviews.
- You need to post at least one review to be eligible for prizes after July 1st.
- In the Mr. Linky, put the title of the book, then your name in the "Your Name" box. You may use your real name or the name of your blog. Example: Good Book (LDS Publisher).

Thanks for sponsoring this trek. It motivates me to read more. I'm off to a great start with Bound on Earth.
I just finished a book for my book club which touched my heart so I wanted to share it. Don't miss reading Before the Dawn.
Aha! I just finished & reviewed the first book from my Summer Book Trek list! Yeah!
I put up my first few reviews. I'm enjoying everyone else's!
My first review is up, can't wait to read everyone else's! :)
I've posted my review of The Crayon Messages by Christine Thackeray. I hope you enjoy it.
I posted all of my Meridian reviews. I messed up on my first post, but it will take you to all six reviews, actually they all will.
I just posted my first review on my JDP NEWS blog. NOT my JDJP NEWS blog, which is a blog that doesn't exist (as far as I know). Someday, I'm going to figure out how to type my links in right! (I think my fingers might have been taking a nap. They were tired from all that review typing.)
I look forward this challenge. I missed out on the Spring one. luv2read
I'm loving this trek. I've discovered some great books and enjoy reading the reviews.
One down, only a dozen or so more to go!
I'm not sure the link to my review of Fool Me Twice is working - just in case, it's here:

I put up three more. Loving the trek!
Oops forgot to put the title Sun & Moon, Ice & Snow on my review #43.
I'm having a great time on the trek. Thanks all you wonderful LDS writers.
Two down, and it's not even the end of July. I'm reading faster than I thought I would!
I've posted a critique question aimed specifically at LDS readers and writers concerning the book, "Dante's Daughter" on another blog I post on (ANWA Founder & Friends). I would love anyone who reads my post to leave a comment and share your opinion with me! Thanks!
My reviews usually appear on Meridian or you can find them on my web page, but since One Lost Boy is not fiction I reviewed it on my blog. I welcome comments to my blog any time.
More reviews! Wheee!
I've posted a review of Tristi Pinkston's Season of Sacrifice--even though thunder and lightning is going on around me. Gotta get off now!
I must really, truly be in reading mode, because I'm doing it, and fast. I've just posted my review of Rebecca Talley's Heaven Scent on my blog. Enjoy!
One more. I spent most of my weekend reading while on vacation, so expect to see more reviews forthcoming. J Scott Savage's Farworld review is on my blog.
I posted a review for Fool Me Twice and The Counterfit is up next.
I posted reviews for The Crayon Messages, Last Wish, Time and Eternity, All's Fair, Keeping Keller, and Flashback today. Every one of them had strong positive points.
Pioneer readers sang as they read, and read, and read....
This may be my last review for the Trek. :-( I have to read and review three non-fiction books now, and may not have time to read and review the fourth book in the series, Fury and Light, before the end of August. (I'll still be reading it, just may not write a review.)
I've posted six more reviews. The last two are minimal because I ran out of time and they're YA and I generally only review adult books. There's one more book I'd like to review before the Trek ends, but I'm not sure I'll make it.
I've posted my final review, for Sariah S. Wilson's The Nephite Who Loved Me,, er, ahem, I mean Servant to a King.
Brava, Sariah!
