With war raging in Europe, the only way Marie can be with Felix is to join the Allied forces. However, as Marie parachutes into France to join the Résistance, she not only lands into the arms of her fiancé, but also drops into the hands of the enemy.
Major Rolf Schulmann has been struggling between personal convictions and his duty to the German Fatherhood. Now he must decide what to do with the captured fiancée of the man who gave him a new chance at life -- a man he once loved as a brother. The Gestapo will do whatever it takes to dispose of Marie. If Rolf helps her escape he will have enemies on all sides -- is it a sacrifice he is willing to make? Can Marie possibly trust her life to a man torn between two masters?

This is very frusterating, the ending leaves you hanging, and the prolouge too the next book is maddening
This is an extremely well-written book with plenty of suspense and an interesting twist. I'd rate it a five if I could figure out how to.
I loved this book! It is suspenseful, well-written, and heartwarming! When is the sequel due out?
I've read this and passed it on to my daughter to read. Great book from a first-time author who has done her homework to include accurate historical references. She has done a great job of making the characters come to life...and, yes, to make you want to read the sequel!
It didn't take me long to finish this book! I was completely enthralled! When is the sequel coming out? I wish I had it right now. I need to finish this story!
Loved the book!! Can't wait to read more about Marie and Rolf!!!
This book kept me on the edge of my seat. I didn't want to put it down because I had to know what was happening next. I love the way the relationship between Marie and Rolf fell into place. I have a hard time finding books that keep my interest - this one definitely did. I'm glad my mother-in-law and sis-n-law recommended it. The only frustrating part to me is having to wait for the next book!!

I loved the story line and the suspense. It is maddening not knowing when the sequel will be out. Does anyone know?
Are you guys really sure there will be another sequel? I bought this book saturday at 5 pm and could not put it down so I went to bed at 3 AM! I loved the characters and when the book ended I wanted to cry because I was left with an unfinished filling...I wanted to know what happened to them and their sacrifice So how do you guys know there will be a second?
I purchased the book Friday afternoon and finished it Saturday evening. I thought it was very well written and it kept you in suspense the whole way through. I am looking forward to the sequal and hope it does not take long to come out.
I want the sequel too. I googled the author to see if I could find out about her books but I could really find anything on her. Hopefully she will have a website soon so we can go out and get the second!!
Ok..I read on the barnes and nobles board that traitor's Sequel is called " tribunal" no idea when it comes out :)
I am an avid reader and usually stay away from predictible LDS fiction but something about "Traitor" reached out to me. I started reading and couldn't stop. Sandra Grey has a way of making predictible things unpredictible. I was so sad to have the book end and know there was a sequel but couldn't find any information as to when it would be coming out. I hope real soon!
Hello everyone. I too loved this book--in fact, Traitor is my favorite piece of LDS fiction. I'm excited to see the sequel come out.
Just so everyone knows, Covenant Communications (Traitor's publisher) tends to release sequels within a year of publishing the first book. So we can probably expect to see Sandra Grey's next book by January 2009, if not sooner. And also, I hear that the title is not yet firmly decided, so we're going to have to look for the author's name instead of the book title.
I really enjoyed this book and strongly feel that this author will have a great future in the market. She combines her research with her story very well and the tension throughout is realistic to the time.
I have a friend who knows the author and the rumor is the second book will be out this summer, maybe June??
I also loved this book and could not put it down and have even reread it, can't wait for the next one!!
Loved it! I listen to a lot of books on CD and this is one that I could listen to over and over. The ending completely took me by surprise. The Prolog helped some but I can not wait for the next one!
Be excited- the sequel comes out in January! I work for the publisher and that's the plan : )
I loved it when will the next one be out?? This book only took me two days to read it was awesome,of course my teachers weren't so happy with me reading in class but hey, that's high school!
Great Book! It is so frustrating we have to wait until next year for the next one... in an interview she said she may even do a third book, I hope it doesn't take that long for them to find eachother again!
